Selling price: The Free plan is free of charge. The latest prices, taxes, and billing units for paid plans and one-time add-on packs are shown on the pricing and checkout pages.
Payment timing and method: Credit card payment (Stripe). Paid plans are charged when you subscribe and automatically on each monthly renewal date (or annually for annual plans). Add-on packs are charged once at purchase and do not renew automatically.
When the service is provided: The service is available immediately after payment is completed. Add-on capacity is added after payment and is valid for 12 months from purchase. Unused capacity expires after its validity period.
Returns, cancellation, and refunds: For both monthly and annual plans, payments already made are non-refundable, including any prorated or unused portion of the term, except where required by law, where we billed you in error or charged you twice, or where we individually approve a refund. Cancelling an annual plan partway through its term does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining period. Because one-time add-on packs are digital content, they generally cannot be returned or refunded after purchase. You may cancel through the Stripe customer portal at any time; cancellation takes effect on the next renewal date, and you keep Pro features and your data until the end of the current term. You may delete your account from the Profile page. Deletion runs 14 days after you request it on every plan, and you can cancel it any time before that date. When it runs, any paid subscription is cancelled with no refund for the remaining term, and unused add-on capacity expires.
